From Fashion Disaster to Fashion Mogul, Part 2

I'm starting to settle into the idea that I'm now a "fashion designer". I have customers, I have a growing catalog of designs, and I have a few items in inventory. My challenge now is keeping items in inventory as most sell very quickly.

When writing my recent blog, From Fashion Disaster to Fashion Mogul, Part 1, I came up with the idea that I should establish the milestones that define the different stages of the journey from Disaster to Mogul, so here they are.

• Design my first dress. 1 points
• Sell my first dress. 5 points
• Sell my first dress online. 10 points
• Sell my first dress for over $100. 10 points
• Sell my tenth dress. 10 points
• Sell my ten dresses in one month. 20 points
• Reach a catalog of 20 styles. 5 points
• Participate in my first fashion show. 10 points
• Open a shop/production facility. Hire a seamstress/tailor. 50 points
• Open a boutique/showroom. 50 points
• Participate in my first fashion show outside of American Samoa. 100 points
• Become a celebrity. Join a cult. (Donate all points to cult)
• Have a dress featured on the red carpet by a major celebrity. 50 points
• Get phone calls from celebrities begging for me to dress them. 1 point
• Retire young (Mogul)

The list of milestones will likely evolve as I add and remove based on my mood.

At the moment I have 26 points. I'm not even a baby mogul yet. I guess I better get back to work trying to sell the dresses I have now because I'm picking up three more tomorrow.

C'est la vie... au revoir.
